Riley Billman is a consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Raleigh office, where she specializes in integrated digital awareness and advocacy campaigns, as well as corporate internal communications strategies and executive positioning. She also serves as the co-chair of APCO’s North America Diversity & Inclusion Council.
At APCO, she provides counsel on social listening research and data-driven content strategies that rally stakeholders to mobilize and act. Through her corporate reputation work, she works with companies to develop employee engagement and executive brand strategies that deliver business results. She currently works with clients across the energy, finance and local workforce sectors.
Prior to joining APCO, she worked with both the American Red Cross and the Kramden Institute. Ms. Billman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Elon University. During her studies, she completed a one-month project in Peru, in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, to conduct marketing research to promote economic development.
