Roi Feder is managing director of APCO’s London office, and head of APCO Global Solutions, APCO’s geopolitical practice. Mr. Feder advises clients on government engagement and strategic communication programs. He has diverse sectorial expertise having worked with technology, financial services healthcare and energy multinational corporations. Previously, he served as managing director of  APCOs operations in Israel.

Having worked with several of China’s leading corporations, Mr. Feder has developed unique expertise in supporting Chinese corporations with their global positioning and M&A strategies. Additionally, he has served as the senior advisor to the Government of Israel’s “China-India-Japan Fund” program.

Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Feder worked as a public policy program coordinator in the Washington, D.C., office of the Union for Reform Judaism, which lobbies Congress and the U.S. administration on domestic and international issues.

Mr. Feder holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Tel Aviv University School of Government. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in international relations and East Asian studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is fluent in English and Hebrew, and has basic competency in Mandarin Chinese.
