Lindsey Malcolm is a public affairs project consultant based in APCO Worldwide’s Singapore office. She thrives on developing stakeholder engagement strategies and advocacy campaigns that navigate complex cultural and societal issues. As a public affairs consultant, Lindsey brings her passion for sociology to the table, developing insight-rich solutions that connect, compel, and catalyse action. At APCO, Lindsey has worked on a diversified set of clients ranging from NGOs to Fortune 50 companies in the United States, Southeast Asia, and abroad.

Lindsey previously worked in APCO Worldwide’s global headquarters office in Washington, D.C. as a project consultant and special assistant to the managing director.

Prior to joining APCO, Lindsey spent her undergraduate career interning within the realms of American and British politics. After interning for U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal on Capitol Hill and Connecticut Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, Lindsey interned with the British Embassy in Washington, D.C., focusing on UK-U.S. diplomatic communication initiatives. She proceeded to intern with the Conservative Party (UK) in London and worked on campaign efforts for the 2015 UK general election. Upon returning to the United States, Lindsey interned for the American Political Science Association.

 Lindsey recently graduated from Georgetown University with a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications. Her portfolio summated with her capstone project, developing a national prevention program from child abuse in Sri Lanka. Lindsey holds two bachelors' degrees in law and society with a concentration in the social sciences, and communication studies with a specialization in international media from American University.
