Danuta Slusarska


Danuta Slusarska is a consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office, and her expertise lies in energy, climate and environmental policies. She advises a wide range of clients on both public affairs and communications. Ms. Slusarska also provides support on competition and litigation cases in the energy field, ranging from stakeholder engagement to crisis communications.

Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Slusarska worked for over four years at one of the leading Brussels-based think tanks, managing its energy, climate and industry programme, with a focus on EU’s Energy Union policies, industrial competitiveness, energy geopolitics and international climate negotiations. Previously, she also worked for the European Economic and Social Committee, the Representation Office of the Valencian Region in Brussels, the Embassy of Poland in Morocco and the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Slusarska holds an MA in Political Sciences and Administration from the University of Granada (Spain) and an MA in International and European Studies from Science Po Bordeaux (France). In addition to her native Polish, Ms. Slusarska is fluent in English, French, Spanish and has a good knowledge of Russian.
